The novel Corona virus has killed thousands of people in China, USA, Italy, Spain, Germany, Iran and in many other countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nthe COVID-19 virus spread across other parts of Asia, Europe and the\nMiddle East, major companies like Microsoft, Hitachi, PayTm and the\nlist goes on have started giving WFH to their employees. Workers\nacross the globe are being asked to &#8220;self-quarantine&#8221; and\nuse &#8220;Social distancing&#8221;. In the fourth week of March -2020,\nalmost all the companies of India has started WFH for their employees\nto stop spreading COVID-19 and for the Nation&#8217;s Safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On\n24th March-2020 at 8: PM<\/strong>, India&#8217;s Prime Minister-Narendra Modi\nannounced that no one could leave home for next 21 days-the most\nsevere step taken against the Coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<em>Yes,\n21 Days &#8211; The Nationwide Lockdown<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Every\nstate, every district, every lane, every village will be under\nlockdown.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So,\nafter the announcement of Prime Minister, Indian companies are having\nonly two options that are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\n\tThey\n\tcan give leaves\/small vacation to the employees \n\t\n\t<\/li><li>\n\tThey\n\tcan ask their employees for work from home \n\t\n<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>What\ndo you think is the best option? <\/em>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nSecond\none, right?  Yes, Of course Work-from-home is the only option which\nallowe employees to stay at home, employers to continue their\nbusiness, nation to stop spred of coronaviirus and will also save\neconomy. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> <strong>Work-From-Home can be beneficial to both Employer as well as Employees<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nwe all aware of the current situation of pandemic coronavirus, only\nhome are safe now for all of us. So, Work-From-Home is the best\noption not only for the employee but for the employer too. To allow\nemployees to WFM will be a win-win situation for both. Considering\nthe current situation we can say that Coronavirus will be a long\nbattle for the entire world. And WFH is an only option which can save\nthe organizations and even to the nation&#8217;s economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recent\nstudies have supported the idea that working from home\u2014for the\nright people\u2014can increase productivity and decrease stress.\nResearch also suggests companies that encourage and support a\nwork-from-home protocol save money in the long run\u2014an added bonus\non the employer side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WFH\nwill be a great option when companies are having a shortage of\ntalent. They can hire remote workers for a short or long time as per\nthe requirement. To hire remote workers is easier as compared to a\nfull-time employee.
