It also looked at external factors—for instance, the impact of the multigenerational workforce, globalization, corporate reputation in sustainability, ethics, and economic uncertainty. The researchers also tracked best practices that should assist companies in assessing their corporate cultures, which then can lead to developing the right culture for the organization.
Citta believes that with the right initiatives a company can remake a culture so people, when they awake, want to go to work because they believe in their company and its mission.
